We bought a foreclosure that had horrible hardwood floors. We are talking water damage, scratches, holes, and so dirty we couldn't even tell what kind of wood it was. Mark and his crew made them look brand new! We get so many compliments on our floors. We got a bid from another company but Classic Flooring was more affordable and they had way better customer service. Mark also suggested floor vents that were flush with the floor. I can't even begin to describe how much I love them! Recently one of the holes in my floor reopened and Mark fixed it free of charge. We have been so happy!

We had a budget and when the cost of the carpet we picked went over budget, I was in a bit of a panic as to how we would afford it and he worked with us to make it happen. His pad was half the price of everywhere else and they let us cut to length in their shop. I got the exact carpet I wanted for a more than decent price and we are happy with what we got.
